Low overspray enabled by robot-controlled adhesive application plants stands for environmentally compatible, economic and process-reliable automation of adhesive application. Cost savings of up to 50% resulting from overspray reduction when using water-based PU adhesives are not only reflected by material savings as such but also in respect of cleaning intervals and auxiliary materials.

TECHNOLOGIES
USED
Flexible plant design, which means that customers are free to choose among standard adhesive components. For use with common application techniques such as spray / spin-spray / roller / or bead application using hotmelt adhesives (both reactive or thermoplastic).
HOTMELTS
APPLICATION TECHNIQUES
Surface spray application of Hotmelts has been specifically developed to enable high flexibility in respect of three-dimensional parts. This application technique provides for the adhesive to be applied on the part by the robot using a special heating system with spray nozzles and pump. This enables a very homogeneous application and high metering accuracy.
We integrate bead and spin-spray application systems into our customers' plants, but we also offer system designs of our own.
WAX AND FUNCTIONAL PAINTS
SURFACES THAT PROTECT
Functional paints and waxes are especially used in corrosion prevention and for stone chip protection in the automotive industry. Automakers require environmentally compatible and highly efficient solutions.
Compact plant systems
Modular design
Template-free spray apllication in the µm range
Exterior and interior sealing
Integration into overall plants
NOISE ELIMINATION
NOISELESS
Application of noise eliminating materials in the micrometer range for door panels, backrests etc. in areas where vibrations or friction are likely to cause noise. Noise elimination paint or wax is applied in areas where noise is likely to occur in the passenger compartment as a result of vibration or friction. This is especially important for vehicle door panels or backrests. The challenge to be faced by such application consists in precise application at high speed
SOLVENTS
HIGHEST PRODUCT QUALITY LEVELS
Applications especially suited for demanding lamination of various parts such as vehicle door panels, dashboards, headliners etc.
